Privacy policy.
In short: we collect as little as possible. Here is what happens.
1. Controller

2. What data we process
We only process data that you actively provide:
- Order data: first and last name, shipping address, email, optional phone number.
- Payment data: depending on the chosen payment method — we only receive the transaction confirmation, no card data.
- Newsletter: email address, can be unsubscribed at any time via the link in every email.
- Contact requests: name, email, message.
3. Legal basis
Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance) for orders. Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) for newsletter. Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for server logs and fraud prevention.
4. Who receives your data
- Shipping provider (DHL): name + shipping address for parcel delivery.
- Payment providers (Stripe / PayPal / Klarna — depending on choice): transaction data.
- Email delivery (Mailgun / Resend or similar): email address for sending order confirmations.
- Hosting (Cloudflare): server logs, IP addresses retained for at most 24 hours for security.
We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising purposes.
5. Retention period
- Order data: 10 years (§ 147 AO, statutory retention obligation).
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact requests: 2 years, then deleted.
- Server logs: 24 hours.
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). An email to [email protected] is enough.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ).
7. Cookies
This website currently uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, no marketing tracking. Only a technically necessary localStorage entry to store your cart (which can be deleted via your browser settings).
